Form List: Cheng Man-ching's 37 Posture Form

Copied from The Complete Book of T'ai Chi by Stewart McFarland, consultant Tan Mew Hong, published by DK Publishing.

Cheng Man Ching created this form from the original Yang long form, simplifying the form and modifying the dynamics and skills involved. And before you say anything, yes, I know this has more than 37 moves listed. I'm just copying the form as listed in the table of contents of my book. I haven't been able to figure out exactly how they should be grouped and numbered to get 37 postures.
