Healing Side of Tai Chi Postures

Tai Chi heals the body by sending internal energy to each functional organ, via the acupuncture meridians. The movement of each posture in the Form directs chi to a different organ. Some organs are more important than others. Therefore, some of the postures double up and send the energy to the same area. The list gives an indication as to which organs receive chi energy when each of the main postures are performed.
