form lists

The Lists below give the sequence of movements that make up various tai chi styles including the Yang Forms, Peking, Wu and Lee, Sun styles and many variations - as a guide to anybody who needs them. The lists are as a result of trawling the internet and unashamedly lifting what I found - but quoting my sources and giving due credit. They are also from our own Yang lists; and from lists sent in to me by you. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of these lists. If you have a list or a variation that you think should be included here for anyone to see, then please email me.
