Excersise 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, facing forwards.
Swing your arms out to the side and then back in from
side to side in a wide circular motion, as if you were
coiling and then uncoiling. Keep your arms and hands relaxed,
and rotate your torso slightly as you swing.
This is initially to get the blood flowing, and breathing
should be relaxed and even.
