NECK
1: Side to Side

Remain 'grounded'. Prepare patiently and there should be no need whatsoever to move the feet at anytime throughout this first half of this series.
This style of exercise does not subscribe to the rule 'no pain no gain'. If you do experience any pain - stop. You may hear the 'pops' of knotted muscles and tendons in the neck as you move your head. Do not be alarmed! The purpose of this exercise is in part to deal with this, and the more your practice - the less there is to hear, though be advised that this will "come and go" depending on you physical and mental condition!
Conclude by returning your head to the center.
