leg/hip warmup animation
LEG/HIP
Leg Swing

Leg swing forward and back.
Swing leg at hip and try to use necessary muscles only. Below the knee the leg should be relaxed, consequently the foot 'brushes' the floor on the lower arch of swing. Keep eyes facing forward and try to not look down at the floor. Say ... 18 complete swings with each leg.
