Balanço de perna adiante e atrás.
Perna de balanço a quadril e tenta só usar músculos necessários. Debaixo do joelho deveria ser relaxada a perna, por conseguinte o pé 'escovas o chão no mais baixo arco de balanço. Mantenha olhos que enfrentam adiante e tente não olhar para baixo ao chão. Diga... 18 balanços completos com cada perna.
