Issue 27 March 2004
The important thing is the commitment to practice. To decide "I'm going to do it" ... and that's that, just do it. Don't think about deciding again, that's done. You've decided, and the only issue now is - how to continue.

Issue 28 April 2004
Recently, I was asked how much space is needed to practise tai chi. As much or as little as you like, I replied... also: Breathing is an extremely important as pect of tai chi, and its is often difficult to get it right, or to assimilate this part of the practise.

Issue 29 May 2004
The same chi energy which is used as a fundamental base for tai chi and chi kung is what drives acupuncture... Also the continuation of the previous issue's article on breathing.

Issue 30 June 2004
The new blog site /\ /\y/\ /\onkey/\ /\ind@http://monkeythree.blogspot.com/ is in fact just one of five new blogs launched as a running journals - one for each of the three sites featured 'within' wheels.net... and then one to 'blog' w/heels.net (blogging the blogs?).

Issue 31 July 2004
In reality, all that taichido is - is a website. So, by extension, this newsletter is just as much about the website as it is about tai chi - notwithstanding the fact that the site is all about tai chi anyway. And this exactly where blogging can help...

Issue 32 August 2004
Since the start, taichido.com has been a little more than just a website. It has always been a good quality website that is by nature comfortable to exist in cyber space and be committed to being universally and freely available; and since being there from almost the very start of this recent era of the Internet we have ridden on the cutting edge of development - as westerners doing tai chi to the best of our abilities in the here and now - respecting the wisdom of the ancients yet unafraid of innovation.

Issue 33 September 2004
So you get this newsletter ... and then what? Some of you delete it immediately and some of you don't. Some of you read it now and some of you read it later. When you get around to it (some of you sooner and some of you later) some of you read it all at once and some of you read it in bits...
Issue 34 October 2004

This month Gary discusses his relationship with dyslexia and its link to his tai chi, and I am very pleased to announce the launching of the DVD-ROM version of the Long Yang Form electronic Learning Media. The second format of the Taichido Long Yang interactive media...

Issue 35 November 2004
I received an email from a young person who had "began an A level unit on complementary therapies and had taken particular interest in tai chi". She then asks: "What qualifications would a tai chi teacher need?" I have been thinking about this all month and the best I can come up with now is ... depends!

Issue 36 December 2004
Issue 36! This newsletters third birthday! Whilst celebrating this may I also wish you Seasons Greetings and a Happy New Year!
