The important thing is the commitment to practice. To decide "I'm
going to do it" ... and that's that, just do it. Don't think
about deciding again, that's done. You've decided, and the only issue
now is - how to continue.

Recently, I was asked how much space is needed to practise tai chi.
As much or as little as you like, I replied... also: Breathing is
an extremely important as pect of tai chi, and its is often difficult
to get it right, or to assimilate this part of the practise.

The same chi energy which is used as a fundamental base for tai chi
and chi kung is what drives acupuncture... Also the continuation of

is in fact just one of five new blogs launched as a running journals
- one for each of the three sites featured 'within' wheels.net...
and then one to 'blog' w/heels.net (blogging the blogs?).

In reality, all that taichido is - is a website. So, by extension,
this newsletter is just as much about the website as it is about tai
chi - notwithstanding the fact that the site is all about tai chi
anyway. And this exactly where blogging can help...

Since the start, taichido.com has been a little more than just a website.
It has always been a good quality website that is by nature comfortable
to exist in cyber space and be committed to being universally and
freely available; and since being there from almost the very start
of this recent era of the Internet we have ridden on the cutting edge
of development - as westerners doing tai chi to the best of our abilities
in the here and now - respecting the wisdom of the ancients yet unafraid
of innovation.

immediately and some of you don't. Some of you read it now and some

This month Gary discusses his relationship with dyslexia and its link
to his tai chi, and I am very pleased to announce the launching of
the DVD-ROM version of the Long Yang Form electronic Learning Media.
The second format of the Taichido Long Yang interactive media...

I received an email from a young person who had "began an A level
unit on complementary therapies and had taken particular interest
in tai chi". She then asks: "What qualifications would a
tai chi teacher need?" I have been thinking about this all month
and the best I can come up with now is ... depends!
